Identity Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of the identity management team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity management solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with significant hands-on experience building and operating SailPoint solutions. They will be responsible for designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions, focusing on provisioning, lifecycle automation (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions, focusing on provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Ant to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, cloud services like AWS and Azure, APIs (REST/SOAP), and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth).
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
  • Collaborate with Cyber, Engineering, and Business teams to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Identity & Access Management Expertise: 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • CI/CD and DevOps Experience: Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical Fluency: Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • IAM Lifecycle Processes: Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills—all underpinned by Care, Courage, and Commitment.
