Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Configure and maintain Timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  3. Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and Reports and HCM Extracts.
  4. Manage security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Strong technical skills in configuration and maintenance of Timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Able to develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and Reports and HCM Extracts.
  • Proven experience in managing security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
