
Human Capital Strategist

You will play a pivotal role in championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive our success. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, general admin matters.
- Oversee and manage various projects on behalf of the executive team.
- Develop and implement HR best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
- Lead and build a professional HR organization.
- Manage company risk, governance, and compliance.
- Anticipate and execute HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio.
- Provide proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
- Understand data environments and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encourage continuous learning, and stay current with industry trends.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Talent management: recruit, develop, and guide the company to retain talent.
- Manage vendor and customer contracts.
- Help the company build/implement systems and intelligence for client retention.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to manage various tasks.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
- Advanced experience leveraging business and organizational insights in the enhancement of programs or processes.
- Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups.
