Financial Strategist Role

As a seasoned finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial trajectory. Key responsibilities include managing capital structure and optimal financing options, providing strategic direction, and ensuring accurate financial reports.

  • Lead and manage accounting teams on a day-to-day basis, overseeing regular accounting, Tally management, and reviewing GST and TDS filing.
  • Develop best practices for fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
  • Comply with national and local financial requirements by staying updated on legislation and taking necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with founders to develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting.
  • Analyze internal operations, identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement, and research revenue opportunities.
  • Evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives through risk analysis of company liabilities and investments.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid background in financial and commercial roles, with at least 5 years of experience. A CA qualification or Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance is essential. Experience in independently handling finalisation of books of accounts and working with founders/business leads on core strategic objectives is highly valued.
