Family Office Capital Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Family Office Capital Partnerships Manager. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with high net worth individuals and family offices across East and Central India.


Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing UHNI and family office relationships, with a proven ability to build, retain, and grow capital allocations. They will also have experience in advising on capital deployment, co-investments, structured products, and follow-ons.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 200–300 UHNI and family office relationships across East and Central India.
  • Build, retain, and grow capital allocations across Artha's platform.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, not just a fundraiser—advising on capital deployment, co-investments, structured products, and follow-ons.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in private wealth, family office, or capital advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of the family office ecosystem in East and Central India.
  • Able to advise on structured capital, alternatives, and multi-asset investment strategies.
  • A performance-linked compensation structure.
