Compliance Risk Management Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Compliance team as a Senior Analyst, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks across the organization.

  1. Provide advisory support on compliance matters, including policy development, training, and communications.
  2. Contribute to the promotion of the compliance function as a trusted advisor, working effectively in a fast-paced environment to prioritize and balance competing demands.
  3. Support day-to-day tasks relating to compliance programs, including setting up agendas for correspondence and meetings, drafting presentations, and collaborating with regional teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in a compliance or risk management discipline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating with little oversight, prioritizing multiple tasks, and maintaining attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably within a consulting firm or international business.

You will be part of a dynamic team that sits within a network of regional Compliance teams, reporting to the Global Head of Compliance and Chief Risk Officer. This role requires regular engagement with stakeholders and collaborators across the business, including Managing Directors, Partners, Regional and System Risk and Compliance Nodes, Legal, Finance, Risk, and more.
