  • A strong academic record, including a degree in business or finance, ideally with a specialization in banking.
  • Extensive knowledge of structured finance banking/leasing products and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with European, UK, and Singaporean financial market rules, laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in assessing Compliance framework design and operating effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and attentive listening abilities in a global setting.
  • Fluency in English; German is an asset.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and work remotely.
