About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional accounting leader to join our team as an Associate Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong expertise in record-to-report accounting processes, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the business landscape.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience, with 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles, and be CA/CMA qualified. They should possess outstanding ability to forge strong partnerships across the organization, providing insights and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership, assisting with drafting desktop procedures, training as part of transition efforts, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing training and upskilling of local team members, holding self and others to timelines, quality, and accuracy, and articulating material risks and opportunities.

Key Qualifications
  • Exceptional expertise in record-to-report accounting processes
  • 10 years of experience in accounting, with 3-5 years in leadership roles
  • CA/CMA qualified
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
