Business Development Manager

At Lendex Technology, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, market visits, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver presentations on our products and services
- Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
- Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Technical knowledge of IT-related products
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Minimum Graduate, Post-Graduate preferred
- Technical background will be an added advantage
We are looking for a candidate who has worked with a System Integrator company for 1-2 years and has technical knowledge of solution sales, including routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, wireless point-to-point, surveillance systems, audio & video, video conferencing, and web conferencing.
We require sound technical knowledge to understand the requirements of our clients and integrate solutions effectively.
