We seek a young dynamic professional to work directly with our CEO in the capacity of Project Manager. The incumbent will work closely to execute strategic initiatives from the CEO's Office and will be groomed for advancement to a higher role within the organisation. This position is ideal for someone ambitious and eager to progress.

This critical and influential position will drive a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities. It demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product and business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

What We Are Looking For:


  • At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
