Leadership Position: Solar, EPC and BESS Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to lead our solar, EPC and BESS projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and cost optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across various delivery models, driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Implement robust project monitoring systems and ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish efficient O&M frameworks for long-term performance and asset management of deployed renewable and BESS assets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Renewable Energy/BESS/EPC domain.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end solar, wind, hybrid or BESS projects, with a strong focus on CAPEX-intensive projects and large field operations.
  • Excellent technical and project execution knowledge in the clean energy sector, alongside strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
