Quality Operations Manager

Oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects, specifically solar and wind energy. This involves ensuring the implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols across all stages of project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects from manufacturing to commissioning stages.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maintain quality and delivery standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory).
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Additional:
  • Willingness to travel to project and vendor sites frequently.
