Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to join our team at Intelliscreen, a growing HR technology startup. This role will focus on generating and nurturing new business opportunities with English and Filipino-speaking clients.

About Us

Intelliscreen is a rapidly expanding tech company that uses innovative standardized testing and artificial intelligence to evaluate candidates' suitability for various job positions.

Schedule

The ideal candidate will have flexible availability within the range of 9 AM - 7 PM (Mumbai Time) and be able to work independently to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery calls with English and Filipino-speaking prospects to present our HR software.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming leads through email and CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls efficiently.
  • Convert successful discovery calls into onboarding calls.
  • Maintain a high attendance rate for both discovery and onboarding calls.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native fluency or advanced proficiency in English and Filipino (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software.
