Job Opportunity: AI Sales Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation and sales development for AI platforms and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other digital channels
  • Identify and nurture potential customers in BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Public Sector, and Retail
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales teams to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and schedule meetings for the leadership/sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on weekly/monthly KPIs

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development for AI/SaaS/IT platforms. Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and understanding of AI/ML or cloud-based solutions is also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is necessary. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with European/UK clients is a plus. Understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, or compliance-driven selling is also desirable. Previous exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, or custom AI solutions is an advantage.
