We are seeking an experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to lead and manage our telecalling teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, improving team performance, and addressing client issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage telecalling teams, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement customized sales plans to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 years of experience in call centers, BPO, or telecalling with leadership roles.
- Strong team management and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
