About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs effectively.
- To analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient point-of-sale processes.
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor analysis, driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
- To lead by example, maintaining outstanding store standards, visual merchandising, and promoting a positive brand image.
- To work closely with colleagues, sharing best practices and expertise to drive collective success.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within Financial Services, preferably in retail banking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and networking.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numerical data and making informed decisions.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- A proven track record of leadership, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This position is ideal for ambitious professionals seeking a challenging role in a dynamic industry.
