Job Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Distributors, Fleet Owners and Franchise Car Dealers (FCD) in expanding ExxonMobil's Lubricants business while ensuring operational integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning and applying ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products and techniques used to create solutions for external customers
  • Lubricants Sales in Automotive B2B sector (Fleet & Installed Business)

Job Location is Ahmedabad.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Non-IT) from a reputed University with CGPA 7 or above
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or Petroleum Management is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing preferably in B2B sector.
  • Open to travel frequently as per business needs
  • Open for relocation as per the business needs
About You

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Must have B2B experience of Automotive or Industrial Sales (Lubricants, Automotive vehicles or equipment, Maintenance & Consumables items etc.)
  • Commercial and financial fundamentals to identify B2B value drivers
  • Effective negotiation, advocacy and influencing skills
  • Self-driven, motivated team player with excellent oral, written & interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
