Job Overview:

Hunars seeks a highly skilled and experienced Home Loan Business Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and authorizing loan applications, acting as a liaison between customers and our financial institution, and helping qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers and partners to develop relationships and acquire business from them on a regular basis.
  • Follow up with warm leads and uncover new prospects to develop new customers and partners.
  • Use a mix of sales approaches, including telephone, email, in-person customer visits, creative marketing campaigns, conferences, user groups, and networking events to achieve business goals.
  • Respond to RFPs for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure data integrity in our CRM tool and provide weekly reports to managers.
  • Engage with contractors, connectors, and DSAs to directly reach out to customers.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must be a graduate in any field.
  • Must be Tech-Friendly.
  • At least 1-year experience in Home loan and DSA Management and DST Channel.
