The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing vendors for materials, components, and services required in the Electric Vehicle (2-wheeler) industry. The role ensures timely availability of quality parts such as EV batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, chassis components, and accessories at competitive costs while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and procurement of high-quality materials and components from reliable suppliers
  • Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of EV components and technologies is preferred
