Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for Skids and Process Modules, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve annual targets, focusing on clients in high-demand industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Power.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and qualifying potential customers through extensive networking and market intelligence.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and industry standards, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments and key stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading sales initiatives for Skids and Process Modules, leveraging expertise in commercial and contractual terms, ASME/EN codes, and industry standards.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key clients, process licensors, and industry partners, facilitating business development and growth.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of client needs, preferences, and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, tracking sales performance, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Power industries, including their respective challenges, trends, and best practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
