Performance Monitoring:
  • Track agent performance and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare regular reports on business growth and agent engagement.
  • Share feedback with management on market trends and competitor activities.
Compliance & Process Adherence:
  • Ensure agents adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical selling and client servicing.
