Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and versatile executive support professional to support our organization's operations, strategy, personal logistics and wellness.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in business or related fields, with 1-2 years of experience in executive support, operations or related roles. A certified personal trainer is preferred but not mandatory.

This role requires strong organizational, communication and project management skills, as well as knowledge of fitness training and wellness practices. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, fitness schedules, travel and personal logistics for senior executives.
  • Drive executives to meetings, events and personal commitments.
  • Track birthdays, social events and personal commitments; ensure timely execution.
  • Refill and organize personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials).
  • E nsure car cleanliness, servicing and maintenance schedules.
  • Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries and event coordination.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers and partners.
  • Lead operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications and follow-ups.
  • Track attendance, payroll, payouts and team bandwidth.
  • Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights and actionable follow-ups.
  • Use productivity tools to streamline workflows.
  • Partner with senior executives on business strategy, pitches and development.
  • Conduct research, audits and prepare strategic presentations.
  • Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects.
  • Conduct daily personal training sessions as required.
  • Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress and ensure safe effective sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in business or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in executive support, operations or related roles.
  • Certified personal trainer (preferred).
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
