Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Lead to join our team. As a Technical Customer Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers with technical issues and will work closely with internal teams to resolve their queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues
  • Skilled at identifying root causes and structuring logical, data-backed recommendations for operational improvements
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and data security
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred
