About the Job

As a Career Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their career aspirations by providing guidance, support, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individuals looking to advance their careers
  • To help individuals identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • To create personalized development plans to help individuals achieve their career goals
  • To maintain regular communication with individuals to monitor progress and provide ongoing support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field

* Excellent English communication skills

* Ability to connect with others and inspire confidence
