The Student Guidance role is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students navigating their university journey. We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic professional to join our team as a Student Counsellor.

About the Role:

We aim to empower students to make informed decisions by providing them with impartial, free content and advice. As a Student Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in helping students choose the right university based on their course preferences, location, specialization, and financial capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on student/parent preferences.
  • Passion for helping students and providing them with honest advice on studying abroad.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Previous experience in counselling students, preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and talks on behalf of the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual counselling sessions via Zoom and Google meet.
  • Provide students with accurate and clear information, answering all inquiries promptly.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing working hours to suit the needs of the company.
