Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in administration, operations, or customer service
- Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms
