Seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Professional Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer comprehensive office support services, encompassing email management, calendar organization, and scheduling.
  • Draft correspondence and handle communication on behalf of senior executives.
  • Ensure meticulous follow-up and task tracking, serving as the central point for delegations and updates.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage data using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders with professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive support roles or similar positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office - knowledge of advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively with senior professionals and manage cross-functional coordination.
