Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst Manager to drive our performance and regular marketing through digital channels, CRM, and loyalty analytics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Audit and health check of all ecommerce channels – website, msite, app, and whatsapp on a monthly basis.
  • Daily tracking of traffic and conversions across all channels, and reporting the same.
  • Bi-monthly/ Monthly reporting of user acquisition, profile, sources of acquisition and conversion, acquisition by platforms, channels, devices, country, etc.
  • Websites analytics in terms of bounce rate, page views, time spent, etc.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including search, remarketing, facebook cpc, promoted posts, google click to call, app install, gdn, affiliate network marketing, lookalike, gmb marketing and seo.
  • Execute all in-house campaigns including whatsapp broadcast, sms, email marketing.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (roi and kpis).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Branstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Key Competencies
  • Ability to take key strategic decisions for digital marketing and content development.
  • Ability to analyse and develop campaign strategies to increase customer base and footfall based on key data.
  • An understanding of the market and consumer insights and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office – in particular in excel to handle data analysis and interpretation.
Technical Competencies
  • Certified google adwords professional.
  • Certified google analytics training.
  • Experience in using dashboards such as moengage, firebase, appsflyer.
  • Experience in crm/analytics software such as salesforce, tableau, sap.
  • Campaign management experience in facebook, and google search.
