We are a fast-growing software development company with a global client base, and we need a skilled Bidding & Business Development Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop winning strategies for proposal optimization and high-value project selection.
  • Mentor and guide the team to improve conversion rates and achieve business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on Upwork algorithms, client behavior, and platform updates to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Experience managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members) and driving business growth through effective leadership.
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international clients across various regions, including USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Australia.
  • Strong understanding of software development services, including Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
