Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring seamless communication.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be accountable for answering customer requests via email, chat, or phone, and routing issues to the appropriate teams. ITIL Foundation certification is a must, and we value strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via various channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global operations environment.

- Strong knowledge of systems, backup, and network fundamentals.

- Ability to drive higher customer satisfaction and maintain defined SLAs and KPIs.
