Customer Support Specialist

TCS is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, either independently or with the assistance of other team members.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in our tracking software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products to provide accurate and effective support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical proficiency in software applications and hardware.
