Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Bahwan Cybertek Group. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical alerts and incidents
- Initiate bridge calls and involve stakeholders as necessary
- Prepare problem statements and follow up on issues with application teams
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain accurate records
- Working knowledge of Service Now/JIRA ticketing tools and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Opsgenie, and Splunk
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Networks
Requirements
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage shift alone
- 24x7 rotational shifts and week offs
