Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk professional to join our team at Bahwan Cybertek Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues using Service Now/JIRA Ticketing tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Networks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with Service Now/JIRA Ticketing tools and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Opsgenie, and Splunk.
