Job Title: IT Service Desk Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Professional to join our team at HTC Global Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, analyzing and resolving IT-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document and track issues using ticketing systems
- Escalate critical issues to senior technical staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT service desk or technical support role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
