Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve technical queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
