Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
