High-Performance Computing Professional

Are you a skilled system administrator looking to advance your career in high-performance computing? We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an HPC Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering large-scale HPC clusters for optimal performance and efficiency
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Creating and maintaining custom AMI images for deployment on AWS
  • Configuring and maintaining Linux operating systems on HPC clusters
  • SUPPORTING critical components and native services of the platform by coordinating with vendors and teams
  • AWS Managed Active Directory management and support
  • Ensuring continuous upgrades and maintenance of the HPC platform and related components
  • Implementing and maintaining compliance controls, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and applications into the existing infrastructure
  • Progressive experience in HPC system administration, preferably in a Redhat/CentOS Linux environment
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud formation templates for building infrastructure and storage solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HPC system administration
  • Proven track record of administering large-scale HPC clusters
  • Experience with user account management, permissions, and access controls
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and configuration
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and teams to SUPPORT critical components and native services
  • Experience with AWS Cloud formation templates and storage solutions
