We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our client partnership team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Client Partnerships Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing support as needed, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement and retention.
The Client Partnerships Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues. Furthermore, this role requires preparing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Accurate records of client interactions will be maintained, and client databases will be updated regularly. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles, preferably in the financial services, banking, or insurance sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also necessary. Analyzing data and generating insights to improve client relationships and service delivery are critical aspects of this role.
A client-focused approach and demonstrated problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the Indian context is desirable.
