Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious professional to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts. As a Growth and Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads through strategic outreach, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch
  • Collaborate with the design team to set up effective Meta Ads campaigns
  • Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture to ensure seamless communication
  • Work closely with the design team to create compelling pitch decks and proposals
  • Support in building and optimizing inbound and outbound funnels to drive conversions

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing in the IT or software industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Meta Ads
  • Driven by targets and growth, with a proven track record of achieving results
