Relationship Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to spearhead our client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, enhancing client retention and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships and service delivery.
