Digital Transformation Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Sales Director to lead and enhance sales operations, build go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth within the Digital Transformation domain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, diligent, and reliable, with a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, creating proposals, and nurturing leads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy and GTM Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue. Build and refine sales roadmaps to align with organizational goals and ensure scalability and sustainability.
- Cold Outreach and Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and lead cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate high-quality leads. Leverage LinkedIn automation tools to optimize prospecting and outreach efforts, ensuring consistent and efficient engagement.
- Proposal Development and Deal Structuring: Draft detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for quotes. Conduct business modeling to structure competitive deals that align with client needs and ensure profitability.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead ABM initiatives to target high-value accounts with personalized marketing and outreach strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored campaigns for specific industries, verticals, and clients.
- CRM Expertise and Operations: Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, sales activities, and client interactions. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions to nurture leads and deepen relationships. Proactively follow up on each lead, driving them through the sales funnel to successful conversion.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging, proposals, and service delivery. Build internal collaboration frameworks to streamline proposal creation, deal negotiations, and project handoffs.
Mandatory skills and qualifications include:
- An MBA from a top-tier business school is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Digital Transformation, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Workday, Zoho, HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms.
- Basic understanding of the capabilities, use cases, and business value of these technologies.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
