Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to spearhead our PR campaigns, manage high-value client relationships, and drive exceptional results in the Fashion/Beauty/Luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clients Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication, strategic counsel, and delivery of exceptional PR outcomes.
  2. Strategy Development: Designing and implementing PR strategies that align with client objectives, incorporating media relations, content creation, influencer outreach, and digital engagement.
  3. Media Relations: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across sectors, driving top-tier media coverage through proactive outreach and compelling storytelling.
  4. Team Leadership: Mentoring and managing a team of professionals; overseeing team performance, growth, and development.
  5. Campaign Execution: Ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns, press releases, media kits, events, and reports.
  6. Business Development: Supporting new business initiatives, pitches, proposals, and organic growth of existing accounts.
  7. Reporting & Analysis: Providing data-driven insights, media coverage analysis, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  8. Crisis Communications: Leading issue management and crisis response strategies for clients when required.
