Senior Land Consultant – Infrastructure Projects

Land Consultant Role
">- ">You will be responsible for undertaking land referencing activities, including research and identification of legal interests in land. This involves analyzing databases, examining land registry records, and searching Ordnance Survey maps to gather detailed information on land ownership.">Your goal will be to deliver high-quality information to clients, working closely with the project team to ensure successful projects.">You will also be involved in managing relationships with landowners, negotiating access to land, and carrying out site visits to gather information.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Land Consultant, working on infrastructure projects across various sectors, including energy, road, and rail.">
">Your key responsibilities">- ">Undertake land referencing activities, including research, analysis, and site visits.">Manage relationships with landowners, negotiate access to land, and carry out site visits to gather information.">Work closely with the project team to ensure successful projects and deliver high-quality information to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">A degree in geography or another relevant discipline.">Experience of landowner engagement or working with members of the public.">Detailed knowledge of UK statutory consents requirements, such as Hybrid Bills, TWAOs, DCOs, CPOs, and/or Vesting Orders.">Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.">Potential to develop strong influencing and negotiating skills.
