Business Administration Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Executive to join our organization and assist in managing real estate project operations, documentation, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day business operations across real estate projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure the timely execution of documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update property and project databases, providing accurate and up-to-date information for management decisions.
  • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Lead vendor management, procurement processes, and contract handling, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, and business development activities, driving growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry processes is an advantage, but not required.
