Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Collections Specialist with expertise in US credit card debt recovery. This role is ideal for professionals who have designed and executed successful collections strategies, optimized processes, and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust collections plans tailored to the US credit card debt segment.
  • Collaborate with collections teams to align objectives, streamline workflows, and enhance recovery outcomes.
  • Lead comprehensive process improvements including dialer optimization, outreach cadence, and follow-up procedures.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate strategy effectiveness and suggest data-backed enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with US regulations and industry standards, maintaining high operational integrity.
  • Partner with analytics, technology, and product teams to develop reporting tools, automate processes, and monitor performance.
  • Benchmark against industry trends and introduce digital-first collection initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in debt recovery, with a strong focus on US credit card collections.
  • Proven expertise in strategy development and execution within collections.
  • Previous experience in a fintech environment is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process optimization and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, dialer platforms, collections technology, and understanding of relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
