Job Overview

This position requires a skilled professional to support our customers in achieving success with our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS professional services and a strong technical background, enabling them to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • To function as the project technical SME for customer onboarding to the platform, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • To research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues experienced by customers during implementation, utilizing minimal oversight.
  • Promptly escalating unresolved issues to internal teams for swift resolution.
  • To collaborate with internal Engineering and Product Management teams to address issues and provide valuable input on product enhancements.
  • Utilizing management tools such as Jira and Zendesk to log and respond to issues effectively.
  • To build positive and empathetic relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) through excellent customer service.
  • Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • To offer advice and guidance to customers on the effective use of platform features and functions for custom integrations.
  • Authoring custom scripts and one-off programs to facilitate customer onboarding to the platform.
  • Supporting the migration of customers' legacy content into the platform.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations and sharing best practices with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in SaaS professional services.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers to SaaS platforms in a customer-facing, technical role.
  • Experience working with AWS services is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing integrations between applications via APIs.
  • Experience migrating data between cloud platforms and/or from on-prem platforms to cloud platforms.
  • Solid working knowledge of REST API, APEX, JS, CSS, HTML, JSON, XML, and SAML.
  • Proficiency in using SSO (i.e., OKTA, AD) is desired but not required.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based project tools (Jira, Zendesk, Teamwork).
  • Working knowledge of file management solutions like SharePoint, Box, and Dropbox.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to clearly document and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
