Accounts and Insights Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts and Insights Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Survey and Data Collection:
    • Conduct thorough surveys of target restaurants, hotels, and food outlets in assigned zones to collect job vacancy data.
    • Identify key roles such as Kitchen Assistant, Steward / Waiter, Cleaning/Housekeeping Staff, and Delivery Helpers, Dishwashers etc.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Buildd strong relationships with restaurant managers, HR heads, or owners.
    • Promote collaboration opportunities for training and placement programs.
    • Analyze pain points in staffing/hiring and provide insights for program design.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation using mobile apps/Google Forms/CRM tools.
    • Ensure timely submission of survey reports and share daily/weekly progress reports with the central operations team.
  • Continuous Mapping and Relationship Management:
    • Develop a structured database of visited outlets with updates on hiring frequency and satisfaction.
    • Foster long-term relationships with interested restaurants for recruitment collaboration or placement support.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field data collection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with using mobile apps, forms, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
