Market Researcher Role Overview

About the Position

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Market Researcher to join our team.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Conducting market research using various methods such as surveys, usability testing, and interviews to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyzing gathered data to identify trends and patterns in user behaviors, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Business, and Product teams to integrate user insights into product strategies.
  • Presenting research findings to stakeholders and advocating for user-centric decisions at every stage of product development.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in market research to continuously improve research methodologies and processes.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools (e.g., survey tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present research findings to stakeholders.
