Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers and provide exceptional service.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks, and possess a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving business targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
