Role Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Collaboration Professional to join our team in Mount Abu.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of creators and influencers in India, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver ROI.
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, UGC) for marketing.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collabs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
