The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a mid-level role for a shared services or research centre, with previous experience in the private equity and venture capital market being a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality updates on time while ensuring the highest standards
  • Reviewing and identifying quality issues in updates executed by the team
  • Supporting the hiring process for research analysts to meet group targets
  • Training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and executing data initiatives

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Qualifications:
